  1. Consultation: We begin with a personalized meet-and-greet, taking the time to understand your goals, aesthetic preferences, and vision for your garden or outdoor living space. This initial consultation allows us to build a strong foundation rooted in exceptional customer service, thoughtful design, and a tailored approach to every project. During this visit, we will evaluate your property, discuss opportunities for enhancement, and provide expert recommendations based on your unique needs. A $125 consultation fee is collected at the time of the visit, which includes our professional assessment and the preparation of a customized proposal outlining recommendations, scope of work, and potential investment for your project.
  2. Proposal and Finalization: We develop a detailed proposal and finalize the project budget.
  3. Survey and Measurements: Once approved, we move into the technical phase with a full site survey and precise measurements to ensure every detail is accounted for.
  4. The Concept and Feedback: We present the initial design concept and gather your feedback. Collaboration is key, and we refine the design to reflect your preferences. After the concept is approved, we curate plant materials to enhance the design, followed by a dedicated plant selection review where you can provide additional input.
  5. Final Design and Project Completion: Once all elements are aligned, we finalize the paperwork, complete the final design, and process payment. Our team sees each design through to the end of the project, ensuring quality and consistency at every stage.


If you choose to move forward with installation, we can coordinate with trusted contractors and facilitate the entire process, making sure all details are executed according to plan. Our involvement doesn’t stop there. We help your garden and landscape evolve and offer ongoing landscape management to ensure your outdoor space reaches its full potential.
